Please contact mymediport at bizdev@mymediport.com to allow mymediport to connect to your clinic’s/hospital’s EHR on your behalf and get your patients’ secure and HIPAA compliant access to their patient medical history via mymediport app.  This will also allow all doctors at your clinic/hospital/health system to get integrated patient history records of their patients.

Once the clinic/hospital contacts mymediport, we will sign all required Business Associates Agreements with the clinic/hospital, and work with their staff and the EHR vendor they have contracted with to get access to their data. Depending on the clinic/hospital’s and their EHR vendor’s engagement and priorities, this process can take a few weeks. We will keep you updated about this progress while the clinic/hospital is being connected.

We are currently able to connect to clinics and hospitals/health systems which use the following EHR vendors for their electronic health records management. If your EHR vendor is not listed below then we are still able to work with the new EHR vendor to connect to it.
